Overnight Raspberry Oats (Serves 1)


● 55g (M) / 35g (F) dry rolled oats

● 250ml (M) / 200ml (F) unsweetened almond milk

● 5g chia seeds

● 15g vegan vanilla protein powder

● 25g (M) / 20g (F) fresh raspberries

● 10g (M) / 5g (F) almond butter (unsalted)

● 5 drops liquid stevia or pinch stevia granulesMethod

  1. Combine the rolled oats, stevia, protein powder, almond milk, and chia seeds in a jar
  2. Set in the fridge overnight to set
  3. The following day remove from the fridge and add almond butter and raspberries on top
  4. Serve
